9th SSM & EBF Boardroom Dialogue

The European Banking Federation is pleased to announce that the next SSM & EBF Boardroom Dialogue will take place in person on Friday, 11 September 2026, starting at 09:00 CET, at the Commerzbank headquarters in Frankfurt.

This exclusive high-level conference is designed to further facilitate dialogue between the top executives of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and directly supervised banks, supporting an open exchange on the future of European banking supervision.

The 9th edition of the Boardroom Dialogue will provide a dedicated platform for senior representatives from both banks and supervisors to discuss topical issues affecting the European banking sector.

The event will be held in person only, with no online connection, in order to preserve the private and interactive character of the exchange.

We are delighted to confirm that Ms Claudia Buch, Chair of the SSM Supervisory Board, will join the event as keynote speaker. She will share key messages with the board members of directly supervised banks, followed by further discussions with senior SSM managers.

Please note that the SSM & EBF Boardroom Dialogue is exclusively intended for top-level representation. Participation is limited to Board members and C-level executives.

Due to limited capacity, admission is restricted to one representative per bank and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
